Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients needed for the parsley dip<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups\u00a0finely chopped parsley (not too many stems)<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0large onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 clove\u00a0garlic, finely chopped (or 2 if you prefer it stronger)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp\u00a0caper<\/li>\n<li>2 cups\u00a0soaked stale bread<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd or 1 cup\u00a0extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>juice of one lemon<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp\u00a0vinegar<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper, as much as you like<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend the parsley, onion, garlic and caper in a food processor until you get a smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li>Add the bread and blend to combine. Slowly add the olive oil, the lemon juice alternating with the vinegar, mix well after adding every ingredient.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to mix until you have a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serve with (grilled) bread.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u039a\u03b1\u03bb\u03ae \u03cc\u03c1\u03b5\u03be\u03b7!
